List of documents required to verify the source of funds for legal entities:
For fiat currency deposits:
1. Contract (purchase and sale, service provision, etc.) + all supplementary agreements thereto (signed by both parties).
2. Contract specifications and certificates of completion/acceptance (signed by both parties).
3. Bank account statement showing receipt of payment under the contract.
4. Bank account statement showing the transfer of funds to the BYNEX account.
The source is accepted only for the amount actually transferred to the seller and reflected in the bank account statement.
When depositing cryptocurrency:
1. A screenshot of the cryptocurrency transfer transaction to the BYNEX account.
2. Verification of the account from which the cryptocurrency transfer was made:
Option 1. A screenshot of the personal account area on the platform showing the owner's personal details (verification page).
Option 2. If the account on the platform is not verified, you must take a photo of the monitor displaying the personal account interface with the transaction details, while holding the passport (of the company director or representative) open to the photo page.
Option 3. If the transfer was made from a cold wallet, you must take a photo of the monitor displaying the personal account interface with the transaction details, while holding the passport (of the company director or representative) open to the photo page. Additionally, you must provide a document confirming that the cryptocurrency wallet address is used by the company for settlements.
3. Next, you must confirm the source of the cryptocurrency. To provide confirmation, the client submits:
Option 1. Receipt of cryptocurrency as payment under contracts (submission of the contract specifying cryptocurrency settlements—the contract or specifications must list the seller’s and buyer’s wallet addresses—along with contract specifications and certificates of completion signed by both parties).
Option 2. Receipt of payment under a contract in fiat currency followed by conversion into cryptocurrency. In this case, the client must first verify the source of the fiat funds (the list of required documents is provided above). Subsequently, the client must verify the conversion of fiat funds into cryptocurrency (providing a transaction chain that confirms ownership of all accounts used to transfer funds to the BYNEX account).
Option 3. Funds obtained from mining (extract from the mining registry, mining pool registration, profit distribution report, and a transaction chain confirming ownership of all accounts used to transfer funds to the BYNEX account).
